Hi, I'm Libby.

Ever since I was young I've wanted to help. I remember leading a group of fellow middle and high school friends in random acts of kindness we'd perform in the community, such as raking leaves or shoveling snow. 

Social work was a natural first step for me when beginning undergraduate college, as was the work in local non-profit organizations that followed after graduating. Whether it was helping a low income family secure housing or running kids clubs for children in need, watching my clients succeed has always kept me going.

Today, I'm a therapist based in St. Louis Park, MN. I enjoy working with a wide variety of age groups, cultures and diverse backgrounds.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), it's been exciting to continue my love of helping people meet their goals, overcome barriers, and reach new understandings. I've served in a counseling role within reputable non-profit organizations serving children, teens, individuals, couples and families since 1998 in the larger Minneapolis community. Today, I am a MN Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

I've lived in the Minneapolis metro area my entire life and am proud to call it home (even in January!). I enjoy all that the city and surrounding areas have to offer with my husband and two daughters. I enjoy running and once upon a time even ran in the Twin Cities Marathon. I also love gardening (and welcome any tips!), biking, laughing, cooking, reading, yoga and time spent with friends.
