What are your fees?
They vary; usually they're determined by our contract with your health plan.

Currently, Parkdale Therapy Group is a contracted provider with HealthPartners, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Cigna, PreferredOne, Medica, Optum, United Behavioral Health, United Health Care, UCare, Medical Assistance, Hennepin Health, Tricare, and Aetna.
 
Therapy is an investment in you/your children's well being and I realize it can get expensive for families. I reserve a limited number of spaces to accommodate clients at a reduced rate when they are facing serious economic hardship. I usually have a waiting-list for these spots. If you are in a crisis at this time, I recommend the Walk-In Counseling Center at 612-870-0565 (free counseling) or Catholic Charities at 651-647-3100. 
 
Reimbursement for Therapy Services
Therapy services may be covered in part by your health insurance for out of network benefits or your employee benefit plan/HSA. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

1. Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

2. Do I have out of network mental health insurance benefits?

3. What is my deductible and has it been met?

4. How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover for out of network benefits?

5. What is the coverage/reimbursement amount per therapy session?

6. Is approval required from my primary care physician?

7. Do I have a Health Savings Account through my employer I can use for therapy costs?
